01 Opti-Sized Skirt Panel
A 132" × 27" fiberglass-reinforced composite panel — shorter and lighter than the standard system. Closes off the trailer undercarriage to redirect airflow away from rotating components and wheel wells.
02 Impact-Modified Nylon Brackets
6 brackets per trailer (3 per side) made from high-grade impact-resistant nylon. Flex 180° in both directions without cracking. Self-aligning design means no guesswork during install.
03 AeroEnd™ Top Fairing
Fixed flush to the rear of the trailer roof — always deployed, no floppy top, no driver interaction required. At 29 lbs, it eliminates the low-pressure drag zone that follows every trailer.
04 Energy Flaps™ Mud Flaps
Aerodynamic mud flaps deliver an additional 3.6% fuel economy improvement and 4.2 gallons saved per 1,000 miles. Angled louvers direct spray down and away from following vehicles.
